The Women of Substance: Emerge program exists to help ambitious, high-performing women advance in their careers.
A collaboration with Ros Cardinal of Shaping Change, this eight-week online, interactive program unpacks what it is that stops women from fulfilling their potential, and how to stand out from the crowd without losing yourself in the process.
With a maximum of 12 women in each cohort, this small and supportive group environment encourages personal growth and confidence.
The program is centred around the three secret keys of:
- Value – how to articulate what you have to offer
- Visibility – how to be influential and front of mind when it counts
- Connections – how to create quality relationships, authentically
